It is one of the most representative tourist attractions of the destination. The Lovers’ Bridge connects Providencia and Santa Catalina, through a floating structure with railings painted in bright colors and Caribbean. It has a narrow tunnel allowing the passage of boats. The bridge, whose length is approximately 180 meters, was built over the Aury canal, which was dug by pirates in the 17th century to protect both islands from invaders.
