From the Bay of Maracaibo in Providencia you can take a kayak, sail along the sea until you find the entrance to the lagoon and go through a narrow passage of black, red and white mangroves that opens to the tranquility of the lagoon. In this place, one is in the middle of the immense nature, the rumor of the breeze, some birds, iguanas and lizards is heard.
On the same excursion you can also visit Cayo Cangrejo and Cayo Los Tres Hermanos that make McBean Lagoon National Park.
