Morgan’s Head is a rock formation in Santa Catalina that lives up to the stories of English pirates who used these islands as a transit station or to attack Spanish vessels in some periods of the 17th and 18th centuries.

Morgan is one of the most remembered despite his short stay. It is said that his treasure is hidden in some place of the island.

The head Is reached by walking along the side of Santa Catalina, passed by Fort Bay Beach. The road gives the visitor a unique view and if you prefer you can do some snorkel down in the beach.
